Bourns® Multifuse® Product Line Announces Transfer of Production of MF-MSMD and MF-USMD Series PPTC Resettable Fuses

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – April 16, 2003 – Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer of electronic components and integrated solutions announced today that it has transferred production of the Multifuse® PPTC resettable fuse series MF-MSMD and MF-USMD from the Bourns Taiwan facility to the Bourns China facility. This action completes the program to consolidate production of all Bourns® Multifuse® PPTC resettable fuses in China.

- MF-VSN Series

Rigorous testing, summarized below, was performed to ensure continuation of existing quality following completion of the transfer.
