RIVERSIDE, CA - February 17, 2004 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer of electronic components and integrated solutions was awarded the TTI Supplier Excellence Award, for 2003. This award is the highest recognition possible by TTI of a supplier's performance.
Winning this award is a very prestigious event. The TTI Supplier Excellence Award recognizes Bourns for its dedication to performance. Criteria for this award includes all facets of customer satisfaction, including quality measurements such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, customer acceptance and business processes. The principles and measurement factors involved all work towards continuous improvement.
