RIVERSIDE, Calif. – June 19, 2001 -- Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer of electronic components and integrated solutions, today announced the introduction of the H-23 Turns-Counting Dial. With the addition of the H-23 dial, Bourns now offers three varieties of a 22mm diameter dial: Satin Chrome finish, All Black finish and Polished Chrome finish.
Used in conjunction with a multi-turn potentiometer, the H-23 counts the number of turns of the pot, giving the user the ability to fine-tune the potentiometer. In addition, the turns-counting dial helps the user return to frequently used potentiometer settings. The H-23 features a high force click brake and, at only 22 mm in diameter, boasts a compact design. The dial is for use with multi-turn potentiometers up to 15 turns.

The H-23 is available in versions to fit three different potentiometer shaft sizes: .250 in., .125 in., and 6 mm, and is typically used in industrial machinery, printing presses, X-Y robotic equipment and test instrumentation.

Based on quantities of 50 pieces, the price per piece is $7.69 for model H-23. The dials are available now and sample quantities are offered for evaluation.
