Bourns honored as one of five top suppliers recognized by SPDEI that support French market customers
RIVERSIDE, Calif., December 9, 2025 - Bourns, Inc., a leading manufacturer and supplier of electronic components for power, protection, and sensing solutions today announced it has received a 2025 Best Passive Components Supplier Award from Syndicat Professionnel de la Distribution en Electronique Industrielle (SPDEI). SPDEI is a French association consisting of major electronic components distributors and representatives. The award was given to Bourns as one of the top five suppliers of passive components supporting the French market at a ceremony on December 2 at the Automobile Club de France.
The SPDEI award acknowledges suppliers based on five key criteria that include partnership with distributors, broad product and technology range, technical support, profitability for distributors and design management. Best suppliers are nominated across seven categories: semiconductors, wireless, display, passive components, connectors, electromechanical components, cables and accessories and power.
