We are seeking a Human Resources and Compensation Analyst to make significant contributions by supporting the HR compensation team in developing Bourns HR data analytics and configuring the Company's HRIS systems, databases, and applications.

The Human Resources and Compensation Analyst is responsible to:
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop, analyze and ensure that HR ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting is accurate and delivered on time. HR reports include those related to recruiting effectiveness, employee turnover and demographics, global accident and incident trends, compensation analyses.
    • Support the development of meaningful metrics and measures to assess and evaluate the performance of the global HR Departments.
    • Collect and compile key HR metrics and data from various sources, including HR information systems (HRIS).
    • Generate reports from multiple HRIS modules and provide analysis to business users, HR team members, and Company leadership to identify business insights and areas for performance improvement.
    • Partner with Corporate IT and the Corporate HR team to support the global HR function, and with business partners to document report requirements, design, develop and deliver HR-related reports.
    • Continually enhance existing HR reporting processes through automation and quality control to ensure data accuracy.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of HR reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new information and reporting methods as needed.
  • Compensation:
    • Administer the Bourns 401(k) plan, including bi-weekly payroll audits and the timely delivery of employer contributions and employee payroll deductions to the 401(k) plan administrator.
    • Support the processing of compensation surveys and develop resources for maintaining timely marketplace information to compile and report on data and other pay or performance-related information.
    • Support the completion of pay studies of exempt and non-exempt positions using a market-pricing evaluation system; document findings, provide recommendations for improvements and maintain records of validity of evaluation results.
    • Maintain and ensure the accurate and timely reporting of pay components and performance data from the HRIS and other systems.
  • HRIS:
    • Partner with Corporate IT and HR leadership in developing reporting systems in SuccessFactors – Employee Central to create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying global key performance metrics and insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner.
    • Recommend and coordinate enhancements of the HRIS.
    • Provide training on standard reporting to existing and new users of the Bourns HRIS.
    • Develop, communicate and maintain desktop procedures for standard report writing as necessary.
    • Provide project management support for assigned projects.

Education:

    1. Five or more years of analytics and statistical reporting experience within compensation or HRIS administration in a complex business.
    2. Experience working with compensation principles, practices, and procedures.

We are seeking a Marketing Director- Trimpot & Sensors Division to “own” all aspects of divisional market activity, including market research, identifying focus segments, defining key market initiatives and key customer opportunities to drive division growth. Also responsible for augmenting organic efforts with M&A and ecosystem partnerships and creating thought leadership and brand identity. Leads divisional effort to evaluate new product suggestions.

This role has the following accountabilities:

  • Research:
    • Continually review market share performance for all divisional products.

Our Information Technology Organization is growing, and we need a technically skilled Senior SAP Developer, S&D to join our team. In this position you will:

  1. Conduct upgrades, enhancements, business process improvements and daily support of worldwide sales and distribution SD processes and functionality in SAP ERP system and Non-SAP software to ensure optimal system performance and project deliverables. This includes analysis, design, functional configuration, testing and maintenance support of SAP and non-SAP modules.

The Test Development Engineer position plans, designs, leads development, and evaluation of electronic test equipment, and systems for automotive sensing products

In this position you will:
  • Identify customer needs and develop test system designs to meet all applicable requirements.
  • Identify appropriate test and data acquisition technology and organize functional system development (including design, building, and testing) to verify, and release test system for DV and PV use.
  • Development of NI LabVIEW graphical programming-based software for the testing of electronic systems.
  • Selection of appropriate test system controls to meet design requirements.
  • Create and maintain engineering documentation such as bills of material, test process flow, specifications, and other types of engineering documentation including test procedures, and usage manual, or work instruction.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications Needed:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering, Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science / Engineering, or equivalent and applicable education, experience and/or training.
  • Previous employment and work experience in ceramic production is highly desirable.
  • Preferred knowledge in the production processes of batching, spray drying, forming, and firing.
  • Must be familiar with statistical techniques such as SPC, Design of Experiments, and other Six Sigma Techniques.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and is able to multitask and prioritize. Must have a strong work ethic and be culturally sensitive.
  • Must have excellent and effective communication skills, both orally and written.

The Assembly Packaging Engineer will provide project management, package design/development and sustaining support for semiconductor diode, power and surge protection assembly. Responsible for the thermal/mechanical/electrical design, analysis, and development of assembly packages.

Provides expertise on packaging performance and specification.

Establishes material specifications for contract assemblers and raw material vendors and interfaces with Product Engineering, Quality Assurance and Purchasing regarding material quality and subcontractor performance.

Provides consultation concerning packaging problems and improvements in the packaging process. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.

Duties and Accountabilities
  • The Semiconductor Assembly Packaging engineer will be responsible for understanding the basic fundamentals and building blocks of the semiconductor packaging manufacturing process.
  • Provide Semiconductor Assembly expertise
  • Experienced in package design and familiar with Auto CAD.
  • Understanding of Jedec specs and background of Rel Test specs, CSAM, XRay, SEM, etc.

  • Specific Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of Diode and surge protection technology with emphasis on semi-conductor protection components.
  • Other Skills:Time management and organizational skills. Capable of managing work and deliverables from others with little supervision.
  • Flexible and able to work in a demanding environment with regular international travel.
