大功率分流器

Bourns 提供使用金属合金元件制造的高功率分流电阻器,该元件通过电子束焊接到镀锡铜端子上。Bourns® CSM 型号系列具有三种不同的占地尺寸: 8518、7036 和 6918 公制,电阻值低至 50 µΩ,可满足低电压降和高精度要求,能够处理高达 1000 A 的大电流和高达 50 W 的永久额定功率。

根据要求,Bourns 可以提供定制零件,以满足客户所需的形状、机械和电气特性。可以使用额外敲击焊接电流感应针,以将电流感应电阻器正确连接到电路板上。在分流器和电流测量芯片组之间保持电流感应走线/导线尽可能短,对于测量精度非常重要。这就是为什么 Bourns 为客户提供支持,通过将分流器集成到电路板中的预组装模块的原因,该模块可以根据客户要求纳入附加组件,例如连接器接头和 NTC 热敏电阻。
