We are pleased to confirm that the name change from Bourns Sensors GmbH to Bourns Electronics GmbH is now effective.
Bourns Electronics GmbH will continue to offer a wide variety of electronic products to our customers in all industries within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. New name reflects better the depth and breadth of Bourns' offerings and various product types added through several acquisition.
To confirm – there is no change to the legal entity as we implemented the name change only by filing an amended Article of Association with the commercial register (Handelsregister) of the local court of Munich (Amtsgericht) showing our new name.
The company continues to be registered with the commercial register of the local court of Munich under the same HRB number 154375.
Our office address in Taufkirchen, district of Munich and our phone numbers remain the same. Our company's VAT number, tax registration number, DUNS, and company banking information remain unchanged.
We are now working on changing the account holder/beneficiary on the bank account to show our new name of Bourns Electronics GmbH.
