In this role, you will successfully identify top talent for all requisitions across the organization. Additionally, you will ensure candidates for all open requisitions are efficiently sourced and an active pipeline of candidates is maintained.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Taking ownership of candidate experience by managing it
  • Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Accessing candidates by reviewing resumes, and performing phone screenings
  • Facilitating the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Partnering with the Hiring Manager to create and post detailed and transparent job ads that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the positions
  • Planning and executing effective social media recruitment strategies that will help us attract and hire top-notch candidates
  • Exploring important recruitment niches and staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and company policies
  • Effectively prioritize workload and priorities based on high-volume hiring
  • Maintaining tracking spreadsheet on recruiting activities as required (KPIs, retention, AAP staffing activities, applicant flow, time to hire, and recruitment for all owned roles
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all Hiring Manager's requirements
Qualifications Needed:
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting for various leadership roles
  • Working knowledge of recruitment processes and workflow, and applicable data reporting
  • The ability to handle 10+ unique requisitions and up to 20 requisitions at any time across all departments
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors Recruitment Manager preferred)
  • Familiar with social media, Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn Recruiter for recruiting purposes

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

The Credit and Collections Assistant II is responsible for expediting the collection and maintenance of receivables, to ensure improved cash flow. This position is responsible for credit analysis for a wide portfolio of accounts.

The Credit and Collections Assistant II will be a guide to others within the department and assist as appropriate with policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Credit and Collections Supervisor in extending credit to customers according to established credit policy.
  2. Conduct initial customer contact by telephone or other correspondence for collection of outstanding receivables.
  3. Identify bad debt/delinquent accounts through knowledgeable research, analysis, and gathering of pertinent information.
  4. Assist with complex issues regarding account responsibilities/job requirements, including but not limited to investigations into delinquent customer accounts, account reconciliation, and disputed items with customers and/or internal sales staff.
  5. Assist Credit and Collections Supervisor as directed in SAP Credit Management and Accounts Receivable cycle (Statements, Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application, etc.).
  6. Maintain and prepare credit reports required by management and/or auditors using Excel or other software applications.
  7. Assigned to special projects, conduct training presentations, and assist with the preparation and scheduling of department meetings.
  8. Provide support to the Credit Analyst function when required.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College and/or University
  • A minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in Credit/Collections
  • Interpretive skills of understanding and evaluating credit information, as well as the sources as it pertains to the customer to assess exposure to risk
  • Strong team interactive skills
  • Advanced training in problem-solving analysis procedures and techniques
  • Ability to read and understand contracts regarding how they apply and affect each account is essential for this position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

We are seeking an EH&S Coordinator to perform a combination of tasks to coordinate and administer the duties and responsibilities of the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.

This role has the following accountabilities:
  • Internal inspections; assist inspectors from various agencies (City, State and Federal).
  • Conducts periodic materials inventory and maintains records; prepares required reports.
  • Conducts and coordinates training for hazardous materials, environmental/safety. management topics e.g., Hazard communication, first aid/CPR, lockout/tagout, forklift training.
  • Oversee the local hazardous waste management program.
  • Oversees the universal waste management program
  • Prepares and submits the required documents and reports to address air emissions issues and obtain required permits.
  • Oversees the wastewater permit management, testing and mandatory agency and Corporate reporting.
  • Monitors chemical inventory and Tier II requirements and required reporting.
  • Team member for planning, preparation, training, and response for emergency preparedness/response
  • As the Chairperson of the Plant Safety Committee schedule and lead the regular Committee meetings, prepare and publish meeting minutes, and ensure Safety Committee responsibilities are met.
  • 11. Secures and updates Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used in facility.
  • Maintains all records for EHS programs.
  • Stays current on all EHS regulations affecting Logan operations.
  • Maintains the facility security and fire warning system with company provider and control the interface and administrative lists.
  • Maintains and control employee identification, entry, and time system interface cards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field.
Training and Experience:
  • Two or more years of experience in EH&S.

  • Broad understanding of federal, state and local labor laws.
This position is located at the Bourns' Manufacturing Plant in Logan, UT.
