Europe, a leading worldwide passive, connector, electromechanical and discrete component distributor for the electronics industry, has awarded Bourns’ European operations with its prestigious 2009 Supplier Excellence Award. TTI Europe has also recognized Bourns Europe presenting the company with its Silver-level Award for the third consecutive year. This award recognizes outstanding supplier service, quality and sales performance. The program focuses on quality measurements that include: on-time delivery, receiving quality, customer quality, administrative quality and business systems. In addition, performance metrics such as sales results, profitability and percentage growth that are evaluated. Bourns is one of only seven of the suppliers evaluated by TTI Europe that met or exceeded key performance metrics to receive this award.
