LED Shunt Protectors (LSPs)

該設定優點如下:

  • 高壓低流電源有助於提高供電效率.
  • 模快化設計可輕鬆改變大小, 例如使用 1 W LED, 透過多串 8 x 1 W LED 即可輕鬆設計出
  • 8 W、16 W、24 W 或 32 W 的設定
  • 設計一盞 LED 路燈需要 6 串 LED, 每串 15 個, 總計 90 個 LED.

LED 開路分流保護 (LSP) 產品專門設計用於 LED, 使其在開路失效模式下仍能工作.當一個 LED 開路時, 將導致整串 LED 熄滅, 使照明應用無法工作或受到嚴重影響壞.這可能會導致產品需要返廠維修或上門維修.

為了符合能源之星評級要求, LED 照明燈具必須:

  • 提供 3 年保證期
  • 產生大於 70 % 的新的光輸出達 3.5 萬小時(居民用電:2.5 萬小時).

雖然低功率 LED 串式設計可能已經發揮齊納二極管的功能, 但高功率 LED 仍需要巨大且昂貴的齊納二極管.在 LED 串中橫向置入一個伯恩斯® LSP 開路分流保護裝置, 可使照明應用在一個 LED 出現開路故障時, 該串其餘 LED 仍能繼續工作.LED 開路分流保護 (LSP) 裝置在工作狀態時耗電量比 LED 更少.
